Functions

Flying Start Nursery School loves our Parents to be completely involved in what we are doing, therefore we have a number of fun functions that Parents and family members can attend throughout the year.

In the Fall we have a Pumpkin Party with costumes, a Christmas Concert, Grandparents Afternoon in March and Egg hunt the day before Good Friday each Year, when in a pandemic these functions may change. 

Around May we hold a mini Sports Day  where you will find that we have individual child races and child and parents races.

For Mothers and Father's Day each year we invite Parents to school for a picnic in our yard at lunchtime.

We round each School Year off with our Graduation Ceremony for all the children leaving us to go onto 'Big School'
